On my way to become part of Apple

Hey,

The day has come, where I get to know more about Apple as a working place. I did have to sign though that I don't publish any Information about Apple and what is unknown to a certain date. I don't think that we the retailers get Information like how the new iPhone looks like or what so ever. But I signed it so my Mouth will be shut. Anything else I am allowed to talk about is still part of this page ;)

Anyway, I got to go don't want to miss my bus to CentrO Oberhausen ( The Mall the Apple Store is at.)

am I nervous or is it the caffein? ..

I don't know, what it is, but I cannot sleep...

It is 2:30 am. I have an important meeting tomorrow. I will sign the contract to my first very own apartment. You know about that and you have seen the pictures.

Now, reality is hitting me hard I lay in my bed. Awaaaaake!!!
I am not getting my head to rest. nervous...

Or is it the 1l ( qr. gallon) Coke I drank?
Anyways.

My Day was great... had some other troubles. It was cold and I checked in my old dorm... Since I moved back to my mum's, I'm feeling down more often.

Nothing is cheering me up, really. But then out of nowhere I hear this noise and Im feeling good again.

Strange how massages on my phone can cheer me up or hit in my face...
160 signs or less and my mood is sky rocketing or trashing into dark.

Depending on whose Name is on top of the message.

On my top list today:

Well now I try again to sleep.

My New Home...

It is over...

Finally. After getting the seat in my University where I become a teacher, I do have a flat now, too. It is centrally in Essen, Germany. To say is that I get with that apartment a kitchen which is most unlikely and its in my range of budget.

Here are some pictures.

 This is the Bedroom. Shot-angle is from the side with the window. If you look out the window you can see into the backyard.

This is my entrance: If you open my door this is kind of what you see. I love the lighting!

The Bathroom is completely new, as you can tell!

But now the best part about this place:

I do have a kitchen with a bar next to it. How awesome is that?

Hello World!

This means home for me

Just to let you know: I had an amazing day. Yesterday was sunny, I had fun meeting up with Darja and I took some Pictures I want to share. They were taken on my way to and in Essen, just to show a little bit how I felt or what I saw. Not to get you bored its becoming a short information about where I live and what my home area looking like ;). So hop up on the train to travel with me from Marl to Essen where I met Darja for an unusual Cup of Coffee.

 First Picture from our Trainstation in Marl. 100 years ago it was one of the biggest Cargostations in Germany. 

Nowadays it is only a pathetic small station without any right to exist, when you don't count the fact that there is a trainstop twice an hour to go to Münster or Essen / Düsseldorf. I like the fog in the farer distance. 

That's why I took this picture. The view is in direction of Recklinghausen / Essen. At some point I truly believe that Marl was supposed to become a bigger City than it is now.

Then nothing really came up. The landscape is really boring here. Ok not only landscape is boring.
Since the Industrial Age is getting over-runned by the Informational, our coal mines are getting torn down and our culture is going down. So our Citys get uglier and the culture gets lost.
I really love to see my home towers of the Coal mines. I really do and nobody understands me because they think the mines are really not what you consider beautiful, but for me they belong here and make this special feeling in this area.
I will take some Pictures and you can see for yourselves.

German Lunch ( 12:30 pm )

Back to my little vacation time with Darja. So we met in Essen (Main station) a really crowded place with one of the only two Dunkin' Donuts I know. Both are in Essen and I love them! To get together more easily We decided to meet at McDonald's right where the crowd was the biggest... I love these kind of stupid decisions, just kidding... 

When we finally met ( she wasn't as bad in finding me as I was on the other hand though).

We decided on going into a small Cafe and enjoy the sun. That's where I forgot about my Camera and we laughed and talked, basically had a great time. Until she ordered a beer.
You don't know it was really early... It was 12:30 pm. 

The Waitress just nodded and this is actual quite usual in Germany.
I wouldn't call it normal but you see people with beer almost all the time.

When we walked through the city to buy some cheaper beer we found our new friend bishop "whatshisface". A weird statue of a guy who is most obvious really important to that catholic church in the middle of that district.
I think it's more of a cathedral but not comparable to the one in Cologne or even Münster. To that statue: He is standing in his catholic look on a surface which becomes really interesting on the other side because there is this wolf upside down with a sleeping lamb on is stomach ( which is sleeping in the right and not upside down direction ). Darja and I made a lot of jokes about Arts and their "meanings" beforehand so this was just too much, but just see Darja how she tries to explain and reembody the statue ;)

Criticism and its out comings

Yes, it is English. Im writing now for the whole world. For my whole world, while a friend of mine still criticizes me and my Blog ;) ( at least in a constructive way). - Hallo Fiona by the way.
Im actually laughing because imaging you, in front of your little PC-Device going nuts, because I'm defending myself too much, is really funny.

I kind of forgot about the fact, that all you guys don't understand a word, of what I am writing and you are probably the ones caring the most.


I have to apologize for that.

I try to fill you up with all my new life changing things and give you the information you want to hear. comments and ideas are more than welcome.

I will become an English teacher in Germany, Its going to be awesome and I hope successful, too.
What do you think about that?

For my study I want to move as close as possible to the University it's got its own campus, but you cannot compare German University "Campuses" with American ones. In America everything is bigger, except livers I guess.
We still live in flats or apartments and the ones getting lucky of living in a co-ed dorm won't share this possibility with me at the moment, because I got lucky and was drawn by lots in the middle of semester whilst everything was full already. So I got to look for a cheap apartment or flat ;)


Well, my next texts will be in English and German... May be I will choose one language but I know if you guys are interested it will be English!

Fifa 12 App - 0,79 €

Hey,

ich weiß nicht wie viele von euch ein iPhone besitzen oder wie viele davon Fußball interessiert sind, aber ich weiß eines:

Die Fifa 12 App rockt echt so einiges. Für momentan 79 cent ist sie im Angebot sonst kostet sie 6 Euro, glaube ich. Das merkt man auch. Selbst auf meinem momentan kaputten Display ist das Spiel graphisch sehr gut.

Man darf hierbei nicht vergessen, dass die "Spielekonsole" hierbei das iPhone ist und nicht ein Nintendo DS, PSP oder ähnliches...

Ich dachte ich muss euch an diesem Angebot teilhaben lassen den 79 Cent für Fifa 12 ist meiner Meinung nach ein Top Angebot! Ich werde in Zukunft auch öfter solche Angebote posten. Ich hoffe das interessiert euch.

Meine Projekte 2012:

Shooting -  Ich schieße auf alles was sich bewegt und auch auf die Sachen die sich nicht bewegen. Nur um besser zu werden und euch glücklich zu machen. Das eigentliche Projekt war zum Scheitern verurteilt. ich habe keine Models und keine Zeit ( Ja, es gibt immer Ausreden ;) )gefunden wirklich jede Woche ein Fotoshooting zu machen.
Nun stelle ich die Bedingungen um und sage Ich mache einfach jeden Monat mindestens 4 Shootings ;).

Wirklich großartig wird es dann in meiner kommenden Wohnung in der ich dann, wenn auch mit kostengünstigen Ideen und Verwirklichungen mein eigenes "Portrait"-Studio aufbauen werde.

Der Plan sieht wir folgt aus, dass ich im Jahre 2012 mindestens 5 Bands begleiten und fotografieren werde, mindestens 30 Menschen portraitiere und den Rest mit Landschaft voll mache.

Neben diesem Plan habe ich natürlich auch vor ein fleißiger Student zu sein, der seine Zeit nicht auf diversen Videobörsen, Picdumps und Facebook vergeudet, sondern tatsächlich etwas für die Uni macht. ich nehme mir einfach ein Beispiel an meiner guten Freundin Anna.
Das sollte schon funktionieren.

Wie realistisch das ganze ist, werden wir dann aber noch sehen.

Nun gut Projekt #1 in der nächsten Zeit ist also der Fund einer Bleibe in Essen.

Bedingungen hierfür:
Mindestens 1,5 Zimmer, 30m² und eine Maximalmiete von 310 € warm.
Generell sollte das auch für das kleine Atelier reichen!

Neben diesem ersten Projekt läuft dann ab jetzt mein Fotoshooting Projekt an und ich beginne morgen / heute. Es ist ja schon wieder nach Null ... Ich sollte aus dem Vampir-Modus aussteigen ;)


Auch hier eine kurze Beschreibung

Bedingungen hierfür:
Jeden Monat stelle ich mindestens 4 Fotos als Beweis der unterschiedlichen Shootings online.

Das dritte Projekt dass ich aber über 2012 angehen werde ist meine körperliche Fitness. Kann ja nicht sein, dass ich Anfang des Jahres nicht einmal 1.5 km joggen konnte!
Das ist ein erbärmlicher Zustand. Mittlerweile bin ich schon wieder bei 2 km angekommen, da das nicht mal fürs Sportabzeichen reicht, wird weiter gemacht.
Wie lange? - keine Ahnung, auf jeden Fall so lange wie es Spaß und Motivation gibt!
Deshalb keine Box hierfür ;)

P.S. Ich habe gerade in einem österreichischen Shisha-Forum meinen Namen ( pong ) wiedergefunden dieser Herr / Dame hat 10 Beiträge und sich auf das Testen von Shisha-Zeugs "spezialisiert" ( vielleicht ein Trittbrettfahrer!?) .
An die alte Gemeinde ( Shisha-Forum.de): Das bin nicht ich. Ich durchlaufe immer noch die Wette von 2009 bis zum 26. Oktober dieses Jahres und werde meine erste Shisha auch erst an diesem Tag rauchen! Bis dahin müsst ihr euch also noch gedulden.

Wie krass seid ihr denn bitte?!

Da habe ich ein Jahr lang Funkstille. Setze einen Blogeintrag rein und schon seid ihr mehr online als die letzten 3 Jahre?
Okay ... Mit meiner Shisha-Blog Zeit kann ich erstmal nicht konkurrieren, aber 71 Visits ist schon durchaus eine schicke Hausnummer.
Einfach weil ich diese Zahl sehe und liebe kommt sofort der nächste Blogeintrag.

Einfach weil ich es kann schenke ich euch dieses Herz ;)

Wohnungssuche nicht beendet.

Wie es die Überschrift schon zeigt. Die Wohnung, meine Wohnung ist eben genau nicht das: Meins.

Finanziell gesprochen wäre sie mein Untergang gewesen und deshalb bin ich vernünftig genug um sagen zu können, nein das geht so nicht.

Die Suche geht weiter und ich hoffe ich werde auf lange Sicht mit einer günstigen und kleineren Wohnung glücklicher ;).

Denn es wird mich zum Beginn meines zu Weihnachten geschenkten Lehramtsstudiums doch definitiv nach Essen verschlagen.

Neue Muse

Hallo Welt,

letztes Mal ist schon ein wenig her. Ich weiß schon fast nicht mehr wie es funktioniert. Aber eben nur fast.

Ich hab eigentlich gedacht, dass Bloggen nichts mehr für mich ist, bis...

ja bis ich dieses wundervolle Exemplars gelesen habe. Unleesh - Der Blog von Alishia.

Einer ehemaligen Mitstreiterin von meinem Gymnasium. Eine echte Augenweide. Ich meine hierbei natürlich den Blog, unter anderem ;)

So, meine Lieben:

Ich verabschiede mich und bereite euch auf mein nächstes Projekt vor. Ich ziehe in der nächsten Zeit nach Essen und wohne das erste Mal alleine. Welches im Gegenteil zur WG ein wirkliches alleine wohnen bedeutet.

Ich werde aus der ersten Zeit berichten und das fängt ab Montag den 23.01.2012 an also Heute mit einem Anruf meines Vermieters.
